Cynthia Raley has over 20 years of professional sales and business managerial experience. She spent over 10 years in Real Estate and related business including 12 years of sales with leadership experience.

 

Cynthia’s strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills combined with her excellent work ethic and emphasis on integrity makes her an exceptional Real Estate Agent. She is focused on customer satisfaction.

 

Cynthia’s early career was as a Real Estate Broker for Century 21 in the Houston and Dallas areas. Client satisfaction was her main objective.  She was a top producer in Southeast Houston.

 

Her next business venture was as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Farm and Home Savings in Houston. In this phase of her career, she serviced Realtors and new home builders in Southwest Houston. She also trained junior loan officers and potential administrative staff.

 

For nearly 10 years, Cynthia was a Senior Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She was awarded Circle of Excellence and Circle of Achievement, and Top 10 in National Area.  Her primary focus was to promote all new product lines as well as establish a large client base while developing new business associates coast to coast with large network. She also trained and motivated business associates while developing new marketing campaigns to potential new prospects.

 

She then joined Thibodeaux Designs as the Operational Manager/Office Administration. Cynthia’s operational responsibilities included purchasing, inventory control, and scheduling/managing assembly line production staff.  Her administrative responsibilities included payroll and financial reporting to the President and Vice President.

 

Cynthia also worked as an office manager in a dental office.   As an office administrator she directed and executed office opening and obtained corporate goals all quarters.  She hired and trained staff and supported personnel to promote company goals and objectives while developing a teamwork philosophy.

 

Cynthia lives in the Richmond area with her husband. She enjoys golfing, soccer, and spending time with her family.
