Kimberly grew up on a small farm in Rosenberg, Texas. She learned the importance of being active in her community by attending church and participating in 4-H. While in 4-H she and her brother raised and showed chickens during her Junior High and early Senior High years. Kimberly was also a part of the drumline in Marching Band and was on the Tennis Team. These experiences taught her the importance of being a part of a team working toward a common goal and to recognize her strengths and the strengths of others while making a positive impact on her community.

 

After attending college at Stephen F. Austin State University, Kimberly worked in the catering industry. Her employment with Jackson & Company Catering served as a defining experience. She not only enjoyed working these upscale events but also valued the time cultivating relationships with her coworkers and clients.

 

Kimberly became interested in real estate after working with her husband, Larry, with his construction and remodeling company. Whether he was working on a new construction project or a remodel, she wanted to be involved in the material selections from the beginning of the project until the end. They completed projects all over the Houston area – Pearland, Katy, Richmond, Rosenberg, and Friendswood to name a few.

 

In 2018, Kimberly began her career as a Real Estate Agent in Friendswood. Two months later she gave birth to her son. Family is very important to Kimberly and she understands the importance of maintaining strong family ties. In the early years of her relationship with her husband, they moved to Friendswood, Texas to be close to his family. Recently they designed and built their “forever home” in Richmond, Texas which allows her to be closer to her mother as well.

 

Now that she has more flexibility in her schedule, Kimberly is an active Real Estate Agent once again. Her desire is to help others recognize what is available in the real estate market.
